TODAY I AM THANKFUL FOR:
 Unanswered prayers/request; I'm better off without ^_^
 My husbands unconditional love and support.
 The skill and confidence of my WLS surgeon.

Thank you, Barb, for starting this thread. It is a wonderful way to get my head on straight in order to face the day with a smile on my face.  It reminds me daily how blessed I really am.

Today I am thankful for.............

My RNY which has helped me lose the weight I needed to lose for good health and the ability to PLAY

My hubby and kids

Having a nice home to go to after work

Being physically able to play and a good job that lets me afford to play!

Today I am thankful that my father is enjoying life at age 82, and is feeling well.  Thank you for this thread Barb.  It has helped me take stock of the good things going on in my life and to not take them for granted.

I hope things continue to progress well for your father-in-law and that he gets to come home soon.
And got the fingers and toes crossed for you for the jobs!!

I am thankful that the morphine pills that I am taking work better than everything else I had tried.

Thankful today there is not really bad pain, and the stiff neck is gone

Thankful for this glorious day that God has given us

Today I am thankful that it is a new day.  Yesterday ended on a not too great note.  But today is new.

I'm still thankful for good health, love and happiness.

And I'm WAY thankful that today is Friday and I get off work at 3PM (summer hours) and then I can just have a fun, relaxing weekend. But I'm thankful that I have this job and can look forward to weekends.

Guess that's it for me today.  Thanks for posting the thread.  It's good to take a look at your life on a daily basis and put things in perspective.

OMG, my list would go all day long, lol

I am thankful for good health
I am thankful for my children and grandchildren's good health

I am so thankful for my OH friends
I am so thankful that I still have a job, a roof over my head and food to eat.

I am thankful that I can get on a ride at Knott's, Disneyland and any other amusement park, I love to ride.

I am thankful that my siblings are finally realizing they need to change their old habits and eat healthy.

I am thankful that my parents are still alive, (although they are battling cancer)

I had a giggle moment today that I'm thankful for! ...One of the friends of my cousins kid said "DAYM, Who's SHE?" on myspace...about ME! OMG!

I'm a gramma of 10 and a 17 year old kid thinks I'm HOT>..as hubby says: We'll have to widen the doors so you can get out of the house with that big head of yours. LOL!
